Description

You will automate network device management and develop API-based services to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Python scripts for creating new API-based services.
• Manage network devices using Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines following software lifecycle principles.
• Identify automation opportunities to optimize existing workflows.
• Write clear, concise documentation for users and developers.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in network automation and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python for service development and script support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, and ACL.
• Experience with Ansible Tower or Ansible Automation Platform.
• Knowledge of RESTful API principles, HTTP methods, authentication, and data serialization.
• Experience with version control using Git (Bitbucket or GitHub).
• Knowledge of MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
• Understanding of software lifecycle and CI/CD integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks for building APIs.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or RedHat Ansible.
