Description

You will own the automation of network operations processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate network operations, including Meraki switch upgrades and monitoring/alerting system deployment.
• Integrate Aruba APs into SolarWinds for tracking and monitoring.
• Develop automation solutions for SDWAN IONs, including automating ServiceNow ticket creation and resolution.
• Collaborate with the cloud team to automate firewall rule requests using Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Support infrastructure required for federal and state government programs.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (Aruba Wireless, Cisco, NGFW).
• Expertise in automation tools: Ansible, Python, Run deck, Terraform, Code Shuttle.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS (primary), Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto SDWAN IONS and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Proficiency in managing VPN IPSEC tunnels and Meraki switches.
• Ability to successfully pass a public trust clearance (6C).
