Apply systems knowledge, particularly Linux, to troubleshoot and optimize network environments.
Work collaboratively within a team environment to translate high-level designs into detailed engineering plans and configurations.
Manage storage administration across SAN, NAS, and Block & File Storage Protocols, ensuring data integrity and availability.
What's Needed?
Experience with virtualized (VNFs) and cloud-native (CNFs) core network functions on platforms such as KVM, VMware, Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Knowledge of network protocols including BGP, IGP, and firewalls, with Cisco UCS platform experience preferred.
Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash, and containerization services like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with public and private multicloud environments, monitoring tools like Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk, and familiarity with YAML, JSON, and XML formats
