Description

You will design and implement network automation solutions using Python and Ansible to manage infrastructure at scale.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure-based scripts and manage configurations using Python, YAML, and JSON.
• Integrate network tooling into CI/CD pipelines and utilize REST APIs for system interaction.
• Apply automation design patterns while adhering to established security controls.
• Maintain version control practices and support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in network infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency with Ansible and Python scripting.
• Strong understanding of YAML and JSON data formats.
• Experience with REST APIs and network protocols like VXLAN and BGP.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Experience with CI/CD practices (Jenkins/GitLab).
• Knowledge of network devices, specifically Arista switches.
