Description

You will manage complex network incidents and automation workflows within a Cisco ACI environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on complex incidents involving Cisco ACI and network automation to ensure high service availability.
• Resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs while maintaining security posture.
• Lead knowledge base updates and provide training and coaching to analysts and new team members.
• Mitigate security threats through proactive measures and focus on first-call resolution.
• Contribute to the enhancement of operational processes, policies, and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations.
• Proficiency in Cisco ACI.
• Hands-on experience with Network Automation technologies.
• Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and incident resolution processes.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in network operations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
