Description

Lead the test automation team and drive technical strategy for automated testing across the software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the team.
• Mentor junior QA engineers through technical leadership and code reviews.
• Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs to ensure functionality and performance.
• Implement and manage automation frameworks to streamline testing and improve scalability.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test strategies and coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
• Expertise in Python, Robot Framework, and Selenium.
• Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs using Postman and SoapUI, including TMForum APIs.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Strong knowledge of API authentication and authorization, specifically OAuth2 and JWT.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Competency working in both Linux and Windows environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of GCP services including API Gateway, CDN, Certificate Manager, and Secret Manager.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
