Description

Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams to manage infrastructure service requests and telecommunications projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client kickoff meetings to gather and document business and technical requirements for IT solutions.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts to complete integrated projects across WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, and telephony services.
• Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments within a complex enterprise network environment.
• Disseminate project information and requirements effectively to technical teams, customers, and managers.
• Conduct review sessions to discuss project status and identify impacted business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• 3-5 years of experience working within a telecommunications environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a large enterprise setting.
• 3-5 years of experience working with multiple network platforms and lines of service.
• 3-5 years of experience using Microsoft Project and Excel.
• 3-5 years of experience using Remedy/Helix.
• Proven ability to work with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of WAN, WLAN, MLAN, and Security platforms.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience with Clarity.
• 2-3 years of experience with DevOps.
