Description

You will manage client IT infrastructure and operations through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents to restore client services within defined SLA parameters.
  • Manage technical issues through to resolution to maintain service stability.
  • Review client requests and tickets to apply technical and process knowledge.
  • Ensure client IT infrastructure remains functional through proactive monitoring.

Required Skills

  • 3 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Proficiency with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
  • Experience configuring and managing Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).
  • Technical knowledge of Voice Gateways and SIP protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with AudioCode Session Border Controller (SBC).
  • Working knowledge of routing and switching.
  • Experience managing firewalls.
  • Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
