You will manage client IT infrastructure and operations through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, identify, and resolve technical incidents to restore client services within defined SLA parameters.
- Manage technical issues through to resolution to maintain service stability.
- Review client requests and tickets to apply technical and process knowledge.
- Ensure client IT infrastructure remains functional through proactive monitoring.
Required Skills
- 3 to 15 years of hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Proficiency with Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
- Experience configuring and managing Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).
- Technical knowledge of Voice Gateways and SIP protocols.
- Hands-on experience with AudioCode Session Border Controller (SBC).
- Working knowledge of routing and switching.
- Experience managing firewalls.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
