Design, implement, and support network hardware and software to ensure system uptime and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate firewall policy management and network architecture using Python and Ansible.
• Design and implement network principles, documentation, and LAN/WAN maintenance.
• Conduct security assessments, incident triage, and review firewall and device logs.
• Oversee security of hosted services through risk analysis and architecture reviews.
• Manage device log aggregation, collection methods, and monitoring procedures.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of relevant experience in product organizations.
• Extensive experience with Python scripting and Ansible for network automation and analytics.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols: TCP/IP, BGP4, OSPF, RIP, and ISIS.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista routing and switching platforms.
• Knowledge of Ethernet LAN switching, VLANs, EtherChannel, and Spanning Tree protocols.
• Experience with Public Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency with firewall technologies, VPNs, IPSec, GRE, and TACACS.
• Ability to analyze network packet traces (PCAP).
• Experience with Load Balancers (F5, AVI, or NGINX).

Preferred Skills

• CCIE, CCSP, or CCDP certifications.
