Description

Manage and optimize network infrastructure for a remote, US-based role operating during PST hours.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and support routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow and network teams to resolve technical issues.
• Drive independent network management and provide technical direction.
• Manage network management systems and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong understanding of network configuration and optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically V-Lookups and Pivot tables.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical direction.
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally with ServiceNow teams.
• Availability to work during PST hours.
