Description

Lead the design, deployment, and management of network infrastructure and security technologies for diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute current state assessments and manage full-lifecycle project deployments, including major version upgrades and migrations.
• Develop and maintain high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), and detailed Scopes of Work.
• Act as a technical lead or project lead, serving as the primary escalation point for other engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system scope, mitigate risks, and provide technical input for pre-sales estimation and costing.
• Mentor less experienced team members and facilitate technical master classes or communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise services or operational support.
• Proven expertise in Design and Architecture services.
• Hands-on experience with project-scoped technical services deployments.
• Strong background in Services and Project Delivery.
• Ability to manage complex migrations and system upgrades.
• Proficiency in creating standardized technical documentation following vendor best practices.
• Experience in client engagement and presenting technical solutions to leadership.
• Capability to lead transitions, including new client take-on processes and due diligence.
