Description

You will design, engineer, and implement voice and video communication systems within a large-scale UCCE Contact Center environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce design and engineering documentation and provide knowledge transfer to government and contractor workforces.
• Manage hardware lifecycles including UCS hardware migrations, NetApp storage refreshes, and UCS/VMware upgrades.
• Execute Call Manager security vulnerability mitigations, certificate upgrades, and CUCM upgrades across blade environments.
• Implement Federal IPv6 mandates and plan phone firmware/hardware upgrades to support 802.1x.
• Validate wiring between FI, UCS chassis, NetApp storage, and core switches while configuring hardware per Cisco compatibility matrices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Cisco Voice and Collaboration technologies.
• CCIE certification in Collaboration or Voice is required.
• Expert-level knowledge of CUCM.
• Hands-on experience with CUBE SBC, CER, and UCS.
• Proficiency with VMware, NetApp, and CAPF certificates.
• Experience with Cisco routing and switching in a VoIP environment.
• Knowledge of 802.1x implementation on Cisco calling infrastructure.
• Ability to use scripting for automation and CUBE SBC operations.
• Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining IRS background investigation approval.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE in Data Center or Route/Switch.
• Experience with PCA, Collab AA, and NetApp.
