Design, engineer, and implement voice and video communication systems within large-scale UCCE Contact Center environments.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Design and implement voice and video systems in UCCE environments, managing hardware lifecycles including UCS migrations, NetApp refreshes, and VMware upgrades.
Execute CUCM security mitigations, certificate upgrades, and firmware updates for 802.1x compliance and Federal IPv6 mandates.
Validate wiring between FI, UCS chassis, and core switches, configuring hardware per Cisco compatibility matrices.
Produce engineering documentation and provide knowledge transfer to government and contractor workforces.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience with Cisco Voice and Collaboration technologies.
CCIE certification in Collaboration or Voice is required.
Expert-level knowledge of CUCM, CUBE SBC, CER, and UCS.
Proficiency with VMware, NetApp, and CAPF certificates.
Experience with Cisco routing and switching in a VoIP environment.
Knowledge of 802.1x implementation on Cisco calling infrastructure.
Ability to use scripting for automation and CUBE SBC operations.
Must be a US Citizen capable of obtaining IRS background investigation approval.
