Description

You will support customer network operations through managed services and troubleshooting. You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot Cisco solutions including DNAC, SDA, and Catalyst switches. You will build and validate cross-regional SDA functionalities using lab infrastructure testing. You will collaborate with onsite engineers, remote teams, and Cisco TAC to ensure seamless performance and issue resolution. You will conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enhance operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Cisco network solutions including DNAC, SDA, and Catalyst 9000 series.
• Troubleshoot enterprise network issues and provide managed services support.
• Build and validate cross-regional SDA functionalities through lab testing.
• Collaborate with Cisco TAC and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to improve operational team skills.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco products.
• Proficiency in IPv4/IPv6 routing protocols: BGP, IS-IS, OSPF.
• Experience with Software-Defined Access (SDA) solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of scripting or DevOps tools such as Python or Ansible.
