You will provide technical support for a large nationwide network within a 24x7 Network Operations Control Center (NOCC). You will monitor and analyze network alarm conditions to proactively identify and minimize disruptions. You will perform root cause analysis to develop action plans for restoring customer services. You will troubleshoot channelized and unchanneled T1, T3, Ethernet, IP, Frame Relay, ATM, WAN, LAN, SONET, and TDM using DACs equipment. You will coordinate with LEC, ILEC, and IXC providers to resolve WAN problems and assist onsite field technicians remotely.
