Description

Provide technical subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to support the build-up and operation of a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) for a Partner Nation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on security strategy development, standards, policies, and risk mitigation.
• Conduct security assessments including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Assist in designing and architecting secure networks and critical information infrastructure.
• Support the implementation of PEO C3T projects and develop incident response plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly technical reports and advisement for PEO C3T.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security Operations Centers (CSOC).
• Expertise in security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, and RMF.
• Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher.
• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
• Previous professional experience working in Latin America.
