Description

You will provide technical subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to support the build-up of a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) for a Partner Nation.

Responsibilities

• Advise on cybersecurity strategy, standards, policies, risk assessment, and incident response.
• Support security assessments, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and risk analysis.
• Assist in the design and architecture of secure systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Mentor CSOC personnel and deliver security awareness training.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly technical reports and advisement for PEO C3T.

Required Skills

• Active US DOD Secret clearance or higher.
• US Citizenship.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Expertise in NIST, ISO, and RMF frameworks.
• Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations center (CSOC) functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP or CISM certifications.
