Network Data Admin

You own the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy greenfield network infrastructure and enable connectivity for new OCI regions and child sites.
• Manage brownfield scaling operations, including rack adds, compute expansions, and decommissions.
• Build and manage data center fabrics, edge, backbone, and metro fiber networks.
• Execute region builds, DRCC/Alloy expansions, and multi-cloud integrations.
• Develop automation scripts to reduce manual deployment effort and execute Jira ticket assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency with Python for scripting and automation.
• Expertise in core routing protocols: BGP and OSPF.
• Working knowledge of VXLAN, TCP/IP, IPv4, and IPv6.
• Experience managing DNS, DHCP, IPSec, VPN, and SSL.
• Familiarity with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco and Arista.
• Experience operating within a CI/CD pipeline environment using GitHub.
