Description

You will troubleshoot and support complex network connectivity and VOIP infrastructure in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot the first four layers of the OSI model, including physical, data link, network, and transport layers.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN circuits including T1, Metro E, broadband (cable, fiber, DSL), and other circuit types.
• Support production VOIP networks through routing, switching, and configuration.
• Deploy and troubleshoot SDWAN solutions using Viptela vManage and Velocloud Orchestrator.
• Coordinate with LECs to resolve WAN circuit issues.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in network support or analysis.
• Strong IP networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Cisco CLI for routing and switching.
• Experience with CUCM and CUC (2-5 years).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting broadband and WAN circuits.
• Knowledge of VOIP network production environments.
• CCNA education or certification.
• Experience with SDWAN deployment and troubleshooting.
