Description

You will manage and deploy SD-WAN infrastructure and core networking components across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure Cisco devices, SD-WAN edge routers, switches, and client hardware.
• Manage SD-WAN templates, control connections, PNP portals, BFD, and IPsec/SIG tunnels.
• Conduct customer site analysis, including physical surveys and technical recommendation reports.
• Perform network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for build-related issues.
• Coordinate bridge calls and engage vendors and customers to resolve deployment issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and Cisco cEdge/vEdge onboarding.
• Deep knowledge of SD-WAN controller elements including vBond, vSmart, and vManage in HA environments.
• Proficiency with routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, L3VPN/L2VPN, and BFD.
• Experience with QoS, MPLS, VRRP, VRF, and NetConf.
• Knowledge of secure gateways including OMP, DTLS, IPsec, and SIG tunnels.
• Experience with multi-cloud connectivity such as Azure ExpressRoute and Cloud-on Ramp.
• Ability to troubleshoot various circuit types including Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, and LTE.
• CCNP, CCNP SP (CCIE level knowledge), or comparable vendor certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Velocloud, Versa, or SDN/NFV.
• Knowledge of Wireless and SD-Access.
