Description

You will manage and support enterprise data networking environments and large-scale data center projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute network implementations and migrations within enterprise environments.
• Manage routing and switching protocols across large data center architectures.
• Maintain network security using IPSec VPN, AAA architecture, and firewalls.
• Configure and optimize WAN, wireless LAN, and load balancing technologies.
• Monitor network performance using management tools and protocols.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Networking, specifically in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of direct implementation and migration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 6500, Nexus 7K/5K/2K, and Cisco 3800, 3900, 7600 series routers.
• Proficiency in routing protocols including EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Deep knowledge of LAN switching: VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, and CoS.
• Experience with WAN technologies: MPLS, MPLS/VPN, and MP-BGP.
• Technical expertise in TCP/IP, QoS, and application protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, and SSL.
• Hands-on network security experience with IPSec VPN, TACACS+, RADIUS, Cisco ASA, and Juniper SSL VPN.
• Familiarity with load balancers such as F5 BigIP LTM/GTM, Juniper, or Cisco ACE/GSG.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco or Aruba wireless LAN technologies.
• Experience with WAN acceleration tools like Cisco WAAS or Riverbed.
