Description

Manage and support complex data center and enterprise campus network environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy network solutions, including High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Configure and troubleshoot L2/L3 IP protocols and hardware platforms in multi-vendor environments.
• Lead the implementation and deployment of SD-WAN and SD-Access architectures.
• Provide 24/7 support for P1 and critical incidents, including vulnerability and lifecycle management.
• Interact with customers to define service delivery requirements and provide network design consultation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and operations.
• Deep expertise in L2/L3 protocols: HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VRF.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco DNA, and Cisco ISE.
• Proficiency in routing, switching, and data center infrastructure connectivity.
• Expertise in packet analysis using Wireshark.
• Proven ability to prepare solution documents and network impact reports.
• CCNP ENCOR or CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco ENSDENG certification.
• Direct experience in Data Center operation support.
