Description

You own root cause analysis and resolution for complex networking issues in a multi-geo enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot escalated routing, switching, wireless, Meraki, and VPN issues.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and migration of network infrastructure.
• Define, test, and audit network processes to ensure SLA adherence and maximum uptime.
• Represent the network team in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and design Plans of Action.
• Mentor team members and manage knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of network administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus (9K/7K/5K/2K), routers, and L2/L3 switches.
• Advanced troubleshooting of data center technologies: vPC, VDC, OTV, and FEX.
• Extensive experience with Wireless LAN: Cisco WLC, Aruba, and Meraki Wi-Fi.
• Proficiency with F5 Big IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScaler load balancers.
• Experience implementing InfoBlox solutions (IPAM, DHCP, DNS, vDiscovery).
• Hands-on management of WAN optimization (Riverbed) and packet shaping (Bluecoat).
• Proficiency with SolarWinds, HPNNMi, or Splunk.
• Cisco and other industry-standard networking certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud technologies including AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Palo Alto, IBM, or CISSP/CCSP certifications.
