Description

You will provide tier 2+ operational support and own network infrastructure troubleshooting in a 24x7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical business issues using deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis.
• Own network infrastructure support, solving complex issues and suggesting design modifications.
• Perform monitoring, maintenance, and change controls for the overall environment.
• Automate operational tasks to simplify processes and improve reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis, capacity planning, and performance analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network operations and support.
• Hands-on experience with routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Proficiency in LAN switching, specifically troubleshooting VTP and STP.
• Experience configuring Cisco switches, routers, and Wireless LAN Controllers.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Wireless technologies.
• Experience managing DHCP servers.
• Ability to perform packet captures across various platforms.
• Experience with F5 load balancers and wireless networking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
