You will provide expert-level operational support and management for mission-critical network infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-3 technical support to resolve critical business issues using deep troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Own network infrastructure support, solving complex issues and suggesting design modifications.
• Perform proactive troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for network platforms.
• Manage change controls, update process documentation, and automate operational tasks.
• Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for network and application performance.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Network/Telecommunications roles.
• Mandatory CCNP, CCDP, or CCIE (SP or Routing/Switching) certification.
• Expertise in Routing and Switching, specifically BGP, OSPF, MPLS VPN, and IOS-XR.
• Deep knowledge of VRF, VRRP, VPC, VC, LACP, and Fabric Path.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP network traces and packet captures using Netscout or Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience with MPLS, SIP, IP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN, and Firewalls.
• Experience with DDI/IP address management using solutions like Infoblox.
• Bachelor's degree or related qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage network service providers and drive incident resolution.
• Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors and service providers.
