Description

You will manage and support Cisco-based network infrastructure, voice systems, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Cisco network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Configure and optimize Cisco VoIP systems, Cisco Unified Communications, and Cisco Unity Connection.
• Manage Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls across branch and datacenter locations.
• Maintain Cisco HD Video conferencing, Webex, Jabber, and Xmedius Global Fax solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN environment problems and F5 load balancer issues.
• Provide level 2/3 support for VoIP and network-related incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls (ASA 55XX, ASAM).
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks firewalls.
• Working knowledge of WAN technologies including PTP links, MPLS, and BGP.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications solutions and UC applications like Jabber and Webex.
• Practical experience with Cisco ISE for LAN/WAN security implementation.
• Experience managing Cisco WAAS WAN optimization and Cisco Wireless (WiSM2, WLC55XX).
• Experience with F5 load balancers and GTM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in multi-platform, multi-protocol environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting UCCE call center solutions.
• Experience with Aruba solutions for tele-workers.
