Description

You will lead the development of technology architectures and design solutions to support a hybrid hosting strategy and cloud migration workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level architectures and blueprints for on-prem, cloud app segmentation, and hybrid hosting.
• Build partnerships across infrastructure and engineering teams to drive transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze user needs and infrastructure trends to recommend designs that improve service and reduce costs.
• Articulate architecture choices, scalability, and availability to senior management and DevOps squads through models and documentation.
• Execute projects involving data center transformations, infrastructure optimization, and cloud migrations.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of progressive experience as a hands-on technical leader in large technology organizations.
• Advanced certification in VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco, or hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with private/hybrid cloud solutions using VMware, BMC, Cisco, Microsoft, OpenStack, or Cloudforms.
• Hands-on expertise with container technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Proficiency with automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, BMC, VMware, Red Hat, Chef, or Puppet.
• Deep knowledge of hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V) and network virtualization (NSX).
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Background in secure fintech environments, including HPC and confidential compute.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience leading direct and indirect organizations within an agile Cloud/DevOps framework.
