Description

You will lead network domain operations and advanced troubleshooting for critical infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle L3 escalation from NOC/L2 teams for high-impact network issues.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across WAN, LAN, WLAN, and datacenter domains.
• Lead incident bridges and drive resolution for P1/P2 network outages, conducting RCA.
• Manage and optimize enterprise routing and switching environments using protocols like OSPF, BGP, and VXLAN.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Ansible APIs to standardize configurations and improve efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with enterprise-level routing and switching.
• Expert knowledge of Cisco IOS, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VXLAN.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and packet analysis using Wireshark.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration automation.
• Solid understanding of load balancers.
• Experience with 24/7 operations and on-call support for major incidents.
• Familiarity with foundational networking concepts like STP and QoS.
