Description

You will manage and support regional network services infrastructure, handling physical setup, service queue management, and site surveys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support network infrastructure with attention to detail.
• Handle physical placement and setup of network equipment, including routers, switches, and cabling.
• Manage the Service Now queue to meet service level objectives.
• Conduct network site surveys and execute detailed equipment setup instructions.
• Collaborate with network delivery and L1 infrastructure services teams.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in network support and design functions.
• Proficiency with Service Now for ticket and queue management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Strong technical acumen for corporate network technology infrastructures.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to articulate advanced technical topics to technical and non-technical staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UPS setup and physical cabling standards.
