Description

You will manage advanced network administration and technical support tasks within a local infrastructure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer core network services, specifically DHCP and DNS configurations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot complex computer hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Provide technical support for PCs and peripheral devices.
• Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously while handling customer relations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with DHCP and DNS administration.
• Practical knowledge of router and firewall configuration and maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
