Description

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure 24x7 availability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install complex network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Lead network-related projects and manage incident response through on-call rotations.
• Monitor network performance and security metrics to troubleshoot outages and schedule maintenance.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security protocols and risk policies.
• Analyze network configurations and performance metrics to recommend infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Deep expertise with the Cisco IOS stack.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, LAN/SDN, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency in managing WiFi and network security configurations.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITOM frameworks.
• Experience resolving technical tickets and managing system upgrades, patches, and hot fixes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA certification preferred; CCNP is a plus.
