Manage onsite network assessments and hardware deployments for DOT facilities in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule site visits to identify current network configurations.
• Determine requirements for wireless network and VoIP phone system expansions.
• Document technical findings and maintain service requests within ITSM tools.
• Install and troubleshoot network communications equipment and data cabling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting network communications equipment.
• 5+ years of experience conducting technical site surveys.
• 5+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting PCs and printers.
• 2.5+ years of experience installing and troubleshooting VoIP phones.
• 2.5+ years of experience with data cable installation and troubleshooting.
• Degree in any field.
