Description

You will manage and maintain network infrastructure, connectivity, and security across LAN, WAN, and cloud interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2 technologies including VLAN trunks, VTP, Ether-channel, STP, RSTP, PVST, and MST.
• Manage Layer 3 routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Monitor network performance and integrity using Solar Winds and Cisco Prime to resolve escalated issues.
• Implement and test security measures, firewall rules, and F5 load balancers.
• Support remote access solutions including VPN, terminal services, and Citrix.
• Maintain network documentation within SharePoint and communicate incident progress or scheduled outages to business departments.

Required Skills

• Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Proficiency with Solar Winds, Cisco Prime, and Wireshark tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of VPN, terminal services, and Citrix.
• Experience managing Sprint and AT&T networks.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot VOIP technologies.
• Experience with Wireless LAN controllers.
• Master's degree in Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience with Solar Winds, Cisco Prime, and Wireshark.
