Description

You will provide first and second-line technical support and incident management for network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response, circuit monitoring, and hardware RMA tracking.
• Execute operational network maintenance and low-level changes as scheduled.
• Perform fault management, alert remediation, and monitoring system optimization.
• Assist with root cause analysis for high-profile incidents and periodic network reviews.
• Develop operational procedures, support documentation, and network management platform configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or support roles.
• Hands-on experience with routing and switching protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Practical knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
• Data Center networking experience including NX series, Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, and VPC.
• CCNA certification.
• Proficiency in routing, switching, BGP, VXLAN, VPC, OSPF, LTM, Zscaler, and Leaf architectures.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Change Management and Incident Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Checkpoint or Cisco firewalls.
• Experience with load balancers and WAN accelerators.
