Description

You will design, configure, and maintain network architectures and infrastructure for current and new office sites.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and troubleshoot network architectures including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Manage system upgrades, service packs, patches, and security configurations.
• Monitor resource utilization, performance trending, and capacity planning to ensure availability.
• Provide Level-3 SME support for complex issues and setup of new office locations.
• Implement security tools and policies in coordination with the security team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with wireless and network devices and services.
• Deep understanding of IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS.
• Solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
• Proficiency with network diagnostic and analytics tools.
• Experience in infrastructure planning and thorough problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage network maintenance and system upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience setting up new office locations.
