Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain functional LAN, WLAN, and WAN networks while managing firewall infrastructure and troubleshooting escalated issues across cloud and local infrastructure tiers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and install network software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
• Manage and secure firewall infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues across cloud and local infrastructure support tiers.
• Apply access control models and enforce network security policies.
• Design and deploy functional LAN, WLAN, and WAN architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Network Engineer or Administrator.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP communication protocols.
• Proficiency with routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with network operating systems such as Junos and Cisco IOS.
• Proficiency in scripting using Python or Perl.
• Solid background in network administration and architecture.
• Familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds).
