Description

You will lead complex network design, hardware migrations, and infrastructure deployments across two data centers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement hardware migrations from legacy Catalyst devices to Nexus 9K spine-leaf architectures.
• Create detailed Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for migrating Layer 3 SVIs and BGP routing configurations.
• Execute network changes to support new Layer 2 VLANs and jump server environments.
• Configure and deploy Cisco ISE appliances and MDS 9000 SAN switches.
• Deploy new firewalls and routing configurations to support critical path infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of network engineering experience.
• Expertise in Layer 3 routing protocols including BGP and OSPF.
• Deep knowledge of Layer 2 technologies such as Spanning Tree and VPCs.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus 9K spine-leaf hardware.
• Proficiency with Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience managing legacy Catalyst switch environments.
• Practical knowledge of VLAN configuration and management.
• Ability to perform hardware migrations and technical configuration changes.
