Description

You will support IP data and telecommunications network connectivity within a complex enterprise environment. You own the architecture, design, and implementation of network infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-scale IP data and telecommunications network connectivity.
• Address architecture and design issues within a complex enterprise environment.
• Drive projects from initial structure and definition through to successful completion.
• Create and update technical documentation for network infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in architect, design, operations, or project implementation roles for large enterprise networks.
• 3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Cisco ACI environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco hardware including routers, switches, and security appliances.
• Proficiency with networking protocols: OSPF, BGP, HSRP, Multicast, SIP, QoS, VLANs, and MPLS.
• Experience with Palo Alto security implementations.
• Experience implementing and supporting cloud-based networking and security.
• Experience designing and implementing data center networks, including blade servers, server virtualization, and Cisco ACI.
• Knowledge of physical network design involving fiber and copper cabling.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS, Cisco NXOS, Linux, and Windows.
• Experience with network management systems and scripting languages.

Preferred Skills

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
