Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure and security, ensuring uptime and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot network issues and monitor performance to proactively address potential outages.
• Implement network security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document network configurations, changes, and deployment activities.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and hardware/software upgrades.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a network engineering or similar IT role.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Proficiency with VPN technologies such as IPsec and SSL.
• Experience with network management and monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Nagios.
• Familiarity with cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Practical knowledge of network security, including IDS/IPS and firewall management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SD-WAN solutions and network performance optimization.
• Ability to use Python or PowerShell for network automation.
