Description

Develop and maintain low-level Windows network drivers and kernel-mode components.

Responsibilities

• Develop Windows device drivers and low-level IO (LLIO) components using C and C++.
• Implement NDIS-based network drivers and ensure compliance with the Network Driver Design Guide.
• Define and implement development and QA processes, including build systems and code review workflows.
• Debug and profile driver performance using Windows debugging and profiling tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in low-level Windows driver development.
• Expertise in C and C++ programming.
• Deep knowledge of Windows internals, kernel-mode programming, and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with NDIS (Network Driver Interface Specification) and the Windows Driver Kit (WDK).
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and HTTP.
• Proficiency with Wireshark for network analysis.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EIGRP.
