Description

You will own the enterprise network infrastructure across multiple remote locations, ensuring stability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ACLs, VLANs, WAN, LAN, MPLS, and Internet connections.
• Implement procedures to ensure the network is monitored, fully patched, and performing as designed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, escalating to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners including Cisco, Solarwinds, and DIR.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all aspects of the network and support Level I/II helpdesk staff.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with MPLS and site-to-site VPN.
• Experience managing Azure VPN tunnels and Cisco AnyConnect for remote users.
• Proficiency with ACLs and VLAN management.
• Knowledge of WAN, LAN, and Internet connection maintenance.
• Experience using Solarwinds for network monitoring.
• Ability to work with vendors such as Cisco and DIR.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

• Any Graduate degree.
