Description

You will design, install, and operate complex network architectures within large data center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure network topologies and select appropriate vendors, protocols, and technologies.
• Install and operate switches and IP routers using management tools and network analyzers.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration, design, and product issues at both device and network levels in multi-vendor environments.
• Automate network tasks using Python and Ansible to support a DevOps CI/CD mindset.
• Analyze tactical situations and perform root cause analysis for cross-functional projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in routing and switching: TCP/IP, IPv4/v6, BGP/MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, and EVPN VXLAN.
• Hands-on experience with 1G/10G/100G/400G Ethernet and optical transport (CWDM, DWDM).
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Ansible for network automation.
• Experience with Linux or UNIX implementations and the ability to read code as documentation.
• Knowledge of stateful and stateless firewalls and tunneling technologies (IPSec, L2TP).
• Practical experience with vendor products such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or OEM.
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent professional certifications.

Preferred Skills

• CCIE or higher-level certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of IP subnetting, supernetting, and hierarchical routing principles.
