Description

You will manage and support Avaya networking environments and VoIP infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Avaya Voice Over IP and SIP protocols.
• Maintain Avaya systems including Session Manager, Communication Manager (CMS), and Session Border Controller for Enterprise (ASBCE).
• Manage Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES), Aura Media Server (AAMS), and Experience Portal (AAEP).
• Perform basic routing and switching to support voice devices and analyze network traffic using Wireshark.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Avaya environments and system management.
• Proficiency with Avaya Web License Manager (WebLM) servers.
• Experience with Oracle/Acme Packet 3000/4000 series SBCs.
• Technical knowledge of VMware vCenter and vSphere.
• Experience managing Linux builds for Experience Portal applications.
• Familiarity with RedSky e911 Manager and Verizon ESAP for SIP IPCC.
• Competency with Lucid Chart for network documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise (ASBCE).
