Description

You will lead network engineering initiatives for large-scale enterprise and remote site environments, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Network Admission Control (NAC) solutions for WLAN and VPN environments.
• Plan and execute site surveys, manage field installation contractors, and oversee WLAN rollout across distributed locations.
• Upgrade and optimize existing infrastructure to support new technologies, using standardized templates for configuration.
• Provide third-level support for complex network issues and monitor performance to improve reliability.
• Mentor team members, manage project schedules, and maintain detailed network documentation and diagrams.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, Master’s degree with 5 years, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in network engineering within large enterprise environments (3,000+ nodes).
• Advanced networking expertise equivalent to CCIE (Routing & Switching, Wireless, Security, or Data Center).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS network connectivity in enterprise settings.
• Strong capability in network design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proficiency in Switching, Wireless, Security, Network Engineering, and Data Center technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and NAC.
• Experience with WAN technologies (MPLS, DMVPN, Frame Relay) and LAN (Ethernet).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PCNSE, or ITIL.
