Description

You will provide technical support for networking managed services, managing incidents and change requests in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network faults, performing second-level log analysis and reporting.
  • Execute maintenance activities including patches, upgrades, and device configuration generation.
  • Support change request implementation and project delivery based on provided designs.
  • Maintain accurate network inventory, records, and configuration management for all devices.
  • Develop detailed network diagrams, topology maps, and technical audit documentation.

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years of experience in network infrastructure covering WAN, LAN, and WLAN.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, and Aruba.
  • Proficiency with Visio for creating network diagrams and topology maps.
  • Strong documentation skills using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client reporting.
  • Degree in Information Technology Engineering.
  • Ability to provide 24/7 technical support for incident and change management.

Preferred Skills

  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
