Description

You will own the stability and evolution of the network infrastructure, providing L2/L3 support and leading shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and provide L2/L3 support for internal systems, handling P1/P2 escalations.
• Lead a team during assigned shifts, coordinating with other teams and managing incidents according to standard workflows.
• Manage HPE routing, switching, wireless, and WAN technologies, including firewalls, site-to-site VPNs, and SSL VPNs.
• Administer Radius components interfacing with network devices and analyze infrastructure usage for growth planning.
• Write technical documentation, including incident reports and root cause analysis (RCA) documents, while driving process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of work experience in the networking domain.
• Strong expertise in Routing, Switching, and WAN Technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Firewalls, VPNs, and Network Monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in L2/L3 Support and complex troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with shift rotation capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HPE technologies, Wireless technologies, and Radius administration.
• Knowledge of Network automation, SSL VPNs, and Infrastructure analysis and planning.
• Team leadership, shift management, and process improvement experience.
