Description

You will design and manage Azure networking and security architectures using Fortinet technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure networking, including VM sizing, NIC configuration, and custom routing.
• Deploy FortiGate firewalls from the Azure Marketplace to manage intrusion prevention, SSL/IPSec VPNs, NAT rules, and firewall policies.
• Integrate FortiGate with Azure VNet peering, User Defined Routes (UDRs), Load Balancers, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.
• Enforce zero-trust network segmentation within Azure using Fortinet NGFW.
• Monitor and manage firewall operations using FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, or native FortiOS logging.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewall administration.
• Hands-on expertise with FortiOS, including firewall, VPN, IPS, and UTM.
• Proficiency in FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• Experience configuring SSL and IPSec VPNs.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking: VNets, UDRs, NSGs, VNet peering, and Azure Load Balancers.
• Ability to implement hub-and-spoke, spoke-to-internet, or spoke-to-on-prem models.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.

Preferred Skills

• Fortinet NSE4 certification or higher.
• Experience integrating on-prem FortiGate firewalls in hybrid cloud architectures.
