You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Cisco DNA Center, managing SDA fabric design and operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and provision network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers, using Cisco DNA Center.
• Design, implement, and operate Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabrics across border, control plane, and edge nodes.
• Manage network policies, segmentation (VN), and security integrations with Cisco ISE.
• Lead DNAC solution deployments, develop SOPs, and perform proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues, conducting root cause analyses and collaborating with Cisco TAC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional network engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabric design and operation.
• Expertise in Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) administration and assurance features.
• Experience managing network segmentation and security integrations.
• Ability to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks.
• Familiarity with network automation features and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified Network Practitioner (CCNP) certification.
• Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks (ENSLD) concentration examination.
