Description

Design and deliver complex network solutions for the Delivery Team. You will own the full lifecycle from high-level architecture to low-level implementation, ensuring business requirements are met. Provide Level 4 support for intricate network issues and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across Networking, Infrastructure, Applications, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Design high and low-level network structures tailored to specific business needs.
• Configure network devices and manage operations in offline environments.
• Assist Solution Architects in communicating designs for integrated solutions.
• Provide Level 4 support and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
• Liaise with SMEs to align networking, infrastructure, and security strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Proficiency in Network Design (high and low level).
• Hands-on experience configuring network devices.
• Deep understanding of Cisco routing and switching devices.
• Knowledge of OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP routing protocols.
• Expertise in NAT, GRE Tunneling, and DMVPN Tunneling protocols.
• Strong understanding of Subnetting and Supernetting.
• Proven experience in a Level 4 support role.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Juniper SRX, Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco ASA, or McAfee MFE appliances.
• Experience with Cisco 1800, 1900, 2900, 3900, and 4300 series routers.
• Experience with Cisco 3750, 3850, 9200, and 9300 series switches.
