Description

You will support enterprise network operations, administration, and infrastructure modernization. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and network connectivity.
• Manage incidents, changes, upgrades, and infrastructure outages.
• Troubleshoot ACLs, firewall rules, and network performance issues.
• Support Active Directory administration, account management, software installations, and documentation.
• Automate and improve operational processes using PowerShell and related tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience upgrading and supporting Cisco Catalyst 9300+ switches.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls.
• Proficiency with AlgoSec (Firewall Analyzer & FireFlow).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with change management and network administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk, PowerShell, SQL, WinSCP, MoveIT, SentinelOne, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
